Milk 1 Liter
Fresh Cream 250ml
Sugar 200gm / 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Take a Pot and add Milk and boiled it (Use medium flame) and add Sugar and stir it until sugar dissolved into milk and now add fresh cream and mix it well and turn off the flame and stir (mix) it well and add Vanilla Essence and mix it well and now rest it until it become into room temperature.
After that take a air tite container and put all mixture into it and cover it properly and rest it into freezer for overnight.
After that open it and take a blender and blend it for 5 to 10 minutes. Now once again put it into air tite container and again rest it into freezer for overnight.
After that your Peshawari Ice Cream is ready and serve it with Sprinkle jam e shirin or roohafza.
