  1. I bought a 15×21 pan last week and I was worried how much flour I should use. I tried 7 cups of bread flour for starters and the dough was too heavy. It took a long time to cook and the bottom was almost burnt. The next time I make it im going to use 5 cups of flour and 1 pck of active dry yeast. Do you salt your dough before putting your toppings on?
