  1. The sauce recipe I use is serious eats ny pizza sauce. delicious and easy. I start to make it right after I have finished the dough so that it has time to slow simmer and then time to cool afterwards.

  2. I've made this about 4 or 5 times and I have loved it every time. But I don't think my dough gets as "soft" or almost a fluffiness that it seems his gets in the video. At the stage where he adds flour after the dough is out of the bowl- my dough never seems that sticky at that stage. anyone have any idea why? I weigh the flour, I measure out 325 ml of warm water(the cup equivalent that I can't remember at the moment). Like I said though I enjoy this recipe sooooo much and will continue to make it but just wondering how to improve the technique.

  4. Love making ITalian pizza at home, but I cheat a bit using a bread machine's dough function. When finito, remove dough, shape pizzas, top it and on top of a screaming hot pizza stone.

  6. is it ok to use spaghetti sauce or just tomato paste instead of pizza sauce? I can't find pizza sauce yet in Singapore, may I know which supermarket can I find it if have ?
